BC Social Studies Teacher's Association

As education students we can become members of this association. There are many others covering pretty well all subject areas. The Pro-D day at the end of observation is when many of these "provincial specialist association" seminars were put on. Their website also has links that are useful for different subjects within our "Social Studies" designation, eg. Socials, First Nations Studies, Geography. There is also a link for general teacher resource websites.
