Bill C-11: SOPA's Shy Canadian Cousin

With all the attention SOPA and PIPA have received in the past few weeks, Canadians are starting to realize that the proposed changes to the Canadian Copyright Act (Bill C-11), which are going to make an appearance in the House of Commons in the coming weeks, are going to attempt to do the same. This is just the latest effort by lobby groups to regain control of user-driven media.
